Hallo from Berlin!!

So this is going to be a bit of a long post because I will be posting pictures from my trip so far. The weather is a bit off but we are trying to make the most of it! So far we have gotten lost....I never knew I had the man don't ask for direction syndrome! Oops!!!! Visited the Berlin wall, ate schnitzel at a restaurant that uses my boyfriends uber convenient cash register system and explored the quaint hotel Michelberger that is attached to the restaurant with the same name. All the while prancing around in my favorite red jeans!

At First We Take Manhattan Than We Take Berlinnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!

I am doing my last post before I leave for vacation, I of course will be blogging intermittently while I'm away. I only have a few hours left before the car comes to pick us up, so I have decided to take a page out of Tory Burch's Blog  and do a Tastemaker's Summer Getaway of my own although I have not graduated to tastemaker status yet!
Here are my picks for my summer getaway

Campy Girl!

Last summer Montauk was my home away from home every weekend. I loved the chill atmosphere and going to all the cool local hangouts. Drinks at Navy Beach, yummy sandwich's from the Ditch Witch. I never made it to the Surf Lodge for some reason, didn't really have a desire to go although I love the decor! This year there is a new boutique hotel in town with a "campy" vibe and I love it! Ruschmeyer by Ben Pundole and Robert McKinley of King and Grove. It is in a renovated building from 1952 and designed to look like a nautical summer camp. Ping pong, yoga and bike riding sign me up! When the sun goes down you can  enjoy dinner in there very chic mess hall followed by dancing at the Electric Eel. Sounds like my kind of camp so long Camp Mini Yo We hello Ruschmeyer!
